MAXLINEAR GROUP (hereafter, "the Company"), with registered offices in different countries that are listed in http://www.maxlinear.com/company/contact-us/, given its role as data controller in relation to the personal data of the recipient of this notice (hereafter, "the Applicant"), hereby informs him/her that all personal information collected from the Applicant, as well as any collected via interactions, interviews, and written tests, will be processed with the sole purpose of evaluating the suitability of his/her application for the job in the Company, and for the correct development and study of his/her application. Furthermore, given that the Company is a group of companies, the personal data of the Applicants may be disclosed to other entities of such group.
The Company will process personal data of the Applicant during the period of time in which the application process stays opened. After that period of time, the Company will store the Applicant's personal data for a period of 2 years, in order to consider his/her application for future processes. Once the mentioned period of time ends, the Applicant´s personal data will be deleted.

By providing this data, the Applicant provides his/her express consent for the Company to process his/her personal information for the purposes outlined in the previous paragraph, as well as for the specified data disclosures. The consent provided, as well as the need of processing the data for the potential adoption of pre-contractual measures, are the basis in which the data processing operations of the Company will be based on.
The Applicant has the full right to exercise his/her rights of access, rectification, erasure or objection, as well as request the right to data portability or the right to withdraw the consents initially provided, insofar as the Applicant has the right to do so according to the applicable data protection legislation.
