Responsibilities

We are seeking an intelligent, passionate professional to add to our team.
This individual will work as part of a Quote team for the high-performance analog business unit collaborating closely with the corporate business marketing team in San Jose.
This will include pricing quotations, part demand forecasting, revenue tracking, opportunity follow up and product/customer/opportunity analysis.

More specifically, the qualified candidate will have responsibility for (and a track record of past success):

Quote Management

  • Daily Quote approval and extension
  • Daily Debit extension and make necessary quantity adjustments

Sales Performance and Forecasting

  • Weekly sell-through and revenue status check by product line and tracked opportunity. Follow up with Sales to close sell-through gaps for the qtr.
  • Weekly Product Line Forecast and submission

Quarterly Business Operations

  • Quarterly CM RFQ approval and submission
  • Quarterly distribution package deal quote compliance check

Opportunity and Deal Management

  • Follow up with Sales on large quotes and opportunities. Work with San Jose Business Marketing team to close new deals

Strategic Planning

  • Contributing to annual corporate planning

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a tactical marketing role with a semiconductor company
  • The successful candidate must have exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in MS excel
  • Have a track-record of success delivering, results-driven tactical marketing and demand planning exercises
  • Experience developing demand assessments and experience qualifying and preparing pricing quotations
  • Excellent communications skills, both oral and written, including experience creating and making highly effective presentations to management
  • Strong execution skills and a demonstrated ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and work effectively with various levels of the organization
  • Have a high-performance orientation, commitment to continuous improvement, excellent follow-through
  • Capable and willing to roll up his/her sleeves
  • Must have strong Excel, WORD and PowerPoint skills and experience
